Finally, for non-flammable blending needs, our mixing equipment can accommodate a variety of viscosities and blend in tanks from 200 to 3,000 gallons. We can blend glycol-based products in tanks from 1,400 gallon + and in tanks up 1,500 gallons for petroleum blends.

Contract Packaging Capabilities for Various Automotive Products
Crystal offers a variety of contract packaging capabilities, including manual and automated filling. On the manual side, we offer a four-head manual filler to fill drums of anywhere from 15 to 55 gallons as well as intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes. On the automated side, we have multiple in-line fillers, cappers, labelers, and tape case sealers. We handle multiple viscosities, automatically apply various label types, and conduct weight checks for quality control. Our H-3 area features high-speed rotary gallon filling lines and numerous other equipment types. Common container types that we fill and package include 2 ounce to 2.5 gallon containers, trigger sprayers, pails, and drums.

The Facility to Support Demand
Our 70,000-square-foot facility in Henderson, Colorado, located within 90 miles of many major retail distribution centers, gives Crystal distinct ability to meet your production and distribution goals. Our in-house lab can help you verify formulas as well as ensure product quality. And with more than two million gallons of storage space, five truck bays, and rail access for up to eight cars, there are few levels of demand that we can’t meet. To date, we have produced more than 400 million gallons of product for more than 300 partners.
