Uncle Jerry’s Windshield Washer is our same time-tested bulk windshield washer fluid, now honoring one of our most cherished employees. Uncle Jerry was like family to our team, serving a 20-year tenure at Crystal Packaging. During his time with us, he helped produce millions of gallons of windshield washer fluid. After a long battle with cancer, we unfortunately lost Uncle Jerry in 2022.
During certain parts of the year, we rebrand our decades-old bulk windshield washer fluid to “Uncle Jerry’s Windshield Washer.” This is a limited edition wash, with the same SKU number and formula you’ve come to know and love. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation in Uncle Jerry’s honor. We just reached our donation goal of $5,000; we hope you’ll help us give even more to this amazing organization.
Jerry Bartuska passed away in April 2022 after a long battle with cancer. His strong work ethic lives on in every employee he collaborated with at our production facility. When he wasn’t working, he was a skilled craftsman — a builder of toy boxes for his newborn grandchildren and dollhouses big enough to incur property taxes. He took great joy in the huge camping trips held with his friends and family. He was a chef for a five-teenager house, whose lunch specialty of bologna “sammiches” and signature dish of bread sandwiches are still the legends of eating contests. He is survived by an extensive extended family and even more friends who counted him as family.
The Huntsman Cancer Foundation’s goal is to pave the way for safer and more effective treatments, new clinical trials in the Rocky Mountain West, and hope for an end to cancer. If you would like to donate on Uncle Jerry’s behalf, please do so here.
